  • · How far is the Hotel from Barcelona / Girona Airport? We are 71 km from Barcelona airport and 41 km from Girona airport.
  • · What time can I check in to the room? Check-in starts from 1:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am
  • · Is the entrance to the hotel open at night? You can enter and leave the hotel any time of the day or night. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
  • · What should I do to make sure I have a room with a SEA VIEW? YYou have to book a room with a SEA VIEW. You can also request a room change by email. You will be informed about the supplements and availability.
  • · Is it possible to book without a credit card? For online bookings through the hotel website, we only accept credit cards. If you request it by email, you can also pay for your booking by bank transfer.
  • · Which credit cards are accepted? VISA, MASTERCARD, MASTER. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  • · What does NON-REFUNDABLE rate mean? This rate is the cheapest because it does not allow changes or cancellations without fees. It means that in no case will the amount be returned.
  • · What does the REIMBURSABLE / Direct payment rate at the Hotel mean? According to its conditions, we will charge 30% of the amount to guarantee the booking. In the event of cancellation within the established period, your deposit will be returned within the next 72 hours.

  • · What is a quadruple room? The Quadruple room has two double beds. We do not have rooms with 4 single beds.
  • · What is the Family room? It consists of two connecting rooms with a sink in the middle, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
  • · How does the air conditioning work? You can independently regulate the air conditioning in each room during summer.

  • · Are there hot drinks available in the room? You can rent a kettle for the room, with a deposit of € 10, which will be refunded upon the return of the keys.

  • · Is there a pool towel or do I have to bring one? We have pool towels at the reception. A deposit of € 10 per towel must be paid and you can change it as many times as necessary during your stay. The deposit will be refunded when the towel is returned.

  • · What if I forgot to pack something? There is a supermarket, within 50 metres, where you can get toothbrushes, combs, shower caps, shaving sets, bandages, shower gel, toiletries, shoe-cleaning sets, sewing supplies and umbrellas for a reasonable price.
  • · Is there a breakfast buffet at the hotel? Enjoy a wide selection of delicatessen in our breakfast restaurant.
  • · Where can I have lunch or dinner at the hotel or in the vicinity? TThere are all kinds of restaurants with international and national cuisine in the vicinity of the hotel.
  • · What does the Half Board include? It includes breakfast and another meal. You can either choose lunch or dinner. Drinks are not included, just water from the dispenser.
